BUSPH Rotaract Description and Contact Information

Overview            The BUSPH Rotaract Club is made up of graduate students from the Boston University Medical Campus - primarily from the School of Public Health. Our club focuses on community service and professional development and works to embody the principles of Rotary International. We have a specific emphasis on activities that address public health issues locally and internationally.

INTERNATIONAL Our international service project this year is a public health workshop in Peru. This is the second consecutive year that our members will travel to Treinta de Mayo, Peru, to implement the interactive public health workshops for the local community. The project is part of a collaboration with other groups that include: Engineers Without Borders, the International Student Organization at BU Medical School and the Dental School. 

DOMESTIC          We organize and participate in local service activities around the Boston community.
